STM32F207VGT6

The STM32F207VGT6 is based on the high-performance ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit microcontroller and operates at up to 120 MHz. The series integrates high-speed embedded memory (up to 1 MB of Flash, up to 128 Kb of system SRAM), up to 4 Kb of spare SRAM, and a wide range of enhanced I/O and peripherals connected to two APB buses, three AHB bus and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix.

The devices also feature the Adaptive Real-Time Memory Accelerator (ART Accelerator), which allows performance equivalent to executing a 0 wait-state program from flash memory at CPU frequencies up to 120 MHz. This performance has been verified using the CoreMark® benchmark.

All devices provide three 12-bit ADCs, two DACs, a low-power RTC, twelve general-purpose 16-bit timers, including two PWM timers for motor control, and two general-purpose 32-bit timers. True Random Number Generator (RNG). They also feature standard and advanced communication interfaces. New advanced peripherals include SDIO, an enhanced Flexible Static Memory Control (FSMC) interface for devices available in 100-pin packages and above, and a camera interface for CMOS sensors. The device also has standard peripherals.
