STM32F205 Block Diagram
The STM32F205RGT7 is based on the high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M32-bit RISC core and operates at up to 120MHz. This model includes high-speed embedded memory (up to 1MB of Flash, up to 128KB of system SRAM), up to 4KB of backup SRAM, and a range of enhanced I/O and peripherals. It is also equipped with the Adaptive Real-Time Memory Accelerator (ART Accelerator™) which allows performance equivalent to 0-wait-state program execution from flash memory at CPU frequencies up to 120MHz. This performance has been verified with the CoreMark benchmark.
